With more than 10 years experience working as a Certified Athletic Therapist, Ashley has treated patients of all walks of life, with a multitude of injuries and illnesses, in settings ranging from multidisciplinary clinics to hockey rinks.

Through this vast experience, Ashley has recognized that in order to feel and perform at our best, we need to think more big-picture, and work on realigning both our body and mind.
